I’ve updated Each Way Sniper extra places with a new feature called EPV (extra place value).

This works out the value of the extra place and adds it on to the rating. This makes it much easier to pinpoint value selections quickly.

Recommended settings: –

Min rating: 110
Min odds: 7.0
Tick show odds in the final 10 minutes before the race starts
Select event time now

This is the same as the Each Way Sniper value strategy. You are only going to place an E/W bet with the bookmaker. There are no lay bets involved.

Over just over 1 month of testing, my results showed a 60 point profit.

There is no commission factored in to the EPV. You should focus on bets with a rating above 110 for best results. Most of the bets will show closer to the race start time.

Update 26th January

You can now call the EPV bets up from the main Each Way Sniper page. When you tick EPV, it will automatically show extra place value bets with a rating of 110 or above. The rest of the bets will be shown with your standard settings.

This means you can place more value bets whilst only looking at one screen.

The screen shot below shows you how to set it up. Select the EPV option from the settings. Any suitable EPV bets will show with a EP label next to their rating.

I’ve made a new odds matching system for tennis.

The major problem matched betting on tennis is bookmakers often have different rules. If you bet with 2 different bookies that don’t have the same rules and a player retires, you could end up losing both bets!

Previously I’ve written a blog on the Importance of understanding tennis betting rules. This includes a list of retirement rules for all bookies.

The new tennis software only matches bookmakers with the same odds so there is no danger of losing money. It includes both dutching & back / lay bets on the same software sorted by rating. The software auto refreshes once per minute to deliver you the latest odds.

This is not arbitrage software. It’s for finding close odds matches when doing tennis matched betting offers.

Settings

Some bookmakers only do offers on mens tennis e.g. Bet 365 2Up offer. I’ve added the option under filter 1 to sort the odds between mens &/or womens bets.

Simply select the option you want and then click the green apply button.

You can select the software from the drop down menu “tools”. Scroll down to the option Tennis software.

Please note the software will only be showing events whilst there are tennis betting offers on. If there are no tennis offers then the software and menu option will be removed until the next lot of bonuses are available. The reason for that is nobody searches for bets when there are no offers.

Combining Offers

A smart way to use the software is combining bookmakers who both have offers. Check the Profit Maximiser calendar to see the available tennis bonuses. Then check the software and see if there are any close odds matches.

Good example I showed in the video was Boyle Sports & 188 Bet. Both have offers on Wimbledon and the odds were close meaning it’s a good value. You are killing 2  birds with one stone.

The software only shows bets with bookmakers that have the same rules so you won’t lose money due to retirements.

The in-play Odds Matching Software has been updated. Previously it would just show odds for specific games that had offers on e.g. Bet 365 bet £50 get £50 free in-play.

Now it will be showing odds for all major football games including World Cup, Premier League & Champions league.

There is a good selection of bookmakers with more to be added shortly. Most of the major bookies will be covered.

Good Points

It’s a fairly contrarian approach if you can use qualifiers & free bets in-play. Most other Matched Bettors / Profit Maximisers are placing their bets pre match.

The bookies won’t find it as easy tracking if you are placing value bets in-play due to the fluctuating odds. It’s much easier for them to track pre match bets as they are very stable.

Betting in-play could help your accounts last longer.

Be careful

There is more risk betting in-play. If you place a bet and then the other team scores before you place the lay bet, you are going to make a large loss. To avoid this bet when it’s half time or when the ball is out of play e.g. substitution is being made.

Doing that means there is no additional risk.

Odds Updates

The odds update quickly and generally keep up with the movements on the bookies & exchange. I will be adding more bookies shortly.

Currently it’s only showing bets from the match odds market. If people use this software then I will add more markets including the correct score which will be good for using free bets.

I’ve added a new filter to Each Way Sniper called Advantage Play.

What this new option does is remove commission from the rating figure. As you are laying in 2 separate markets (the win & place) you are liable to pay 5% commission in both. This soon mounts up.

If you place the same bets without laying you still collect the same amount of value however you aren’t paying any exchange commission meaning you can take worse odds and still come out in profit.

The value from the Each Way Sniper comes from the bookies paying more for the place than the win-odds imply they should. The only reason we lay the bets off on Betfair is to smooth out the results. By not laying we are exposed to losing runs, however we can make more profit and it takes less time.

If you are using the Each Way Sniper value system and have the advantage play option selected, make sure all of your bets have a rating above 100. Ideally you want a 102 or above so there is a bit more value on your side.

Hopefully this will help beat the 1/5 odds the bookies have been using on extra place races recently. It has been harder to find bets worth doing. In the good old days the bookies would pay 1/4 meaning the place odds were better.

I tested this yesterday and this beauty was showing with Sky Bet.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen a bet with a 99.74 rating on extra places outside the major festivals.

I’m hoping this will give a lot more opportunities. Given the large potential profit from extra places, it’s worth taking any bets with a 97 rating and above if you have the advantage play option selected.

What are cash before bonus offers?

If you have a large win with your money you can withdraw. If you lose your deposit then you start playing with the bonus money. The wagering requirements don’t start until you are playing with the bonus.

How do I use them?

Make a deposit to the casino and they will credit the bonus. The target is to double your initial deposit and then withdraw. E.g. deposit £50 and if your balance goes above £100 forfeit the bonus and withdraw. If you lose the deposit then try to complete the wagering requirements with the bonus.

You can increase the EV by using larger spins with your own money. Just make sure that if you dip in to the bonus you aren’t breaking the casinos maximum bet amount.

How to work out the EV using EV Maximiser?

1. First work out the value of the bonus.- Click the cashbable bonus option.
   – Deposit amount 0.
   – Enter the bonus amount.
   – Enter the wagering requirements.
   – Enter your spin size.
   – Run simulator and write down the EV figure.
2. Next work out the bonus before cash EV.- Click the cashback option.
   – Enter deposit amount.
   – Enter the EV figure you worked out in step 1 as the cashback amount.
   – Balance target is double the deposit amount.
   – Enter your spin size.

I’ve made a mobile phone app for Betting Mastermind. This will send notifications to your mobile phone / tablet when a bet that needs your criteria is found.

You can read more about setting up alerts for the software here.

The notifications system covers all the software on the Mastermind website. You will never miss a good value bet again. Here are some examples you might want to use: –

• Set an alert for the Bet 365 2 Up offer
• Alert when an acca with a £10 EV for Paddy Power is found
• Notification when a new casino offer is added to the calendar
• Alert when an extra place bet with a 98%+ rating is found

The whole point of this application is to save you time and make things as productive as possible. Nobody has time to sit and monitor 10 pieces of software all day. You can use the notification system to do the monitoring for you. When a bet that needs your criteria is found, an alert will be sent straight to your mobile phone / tablet. That way you can reduce the amount of time your betting takes you each day!

How do I use it?

It’s exactly the same as the Mastermind mobile website. Both Android & Apple have strict rules about opening new windows outside browser app, you aren’t allowed to do it. Everything has to be done from the mobile app. This does make things a little more difficult. If at any time you need to go back to the previous page, click the back button.

When a notification is found you will see a message on your phone home screen. Click it and you’ll be redirected to the bet on the Mastermind website.

This is the first release of the app. Your constructive feedback is welcome so I can improve it! Next I plan on adding alerts for Accumulator Generator reminders so you never forget to lay off your accas!

You can now place your Betfair lay bets from within the Matched Betting software from your Profit Maximiser and Betting Mastermind accounts.

The Betfair API team have approved this application.

Instructions

1) On filter 1 turn off the other exchanges so only Betfair shows.

2) Click the info (i) button followed by calculator.

3) Enter the back stake you want to place with the bookmaker, then place your bookmaker bet first.

4) When you are ready to place the lay bet, click the place bet button. A pop up with the bet information will come up. If you are happy, click green place bet button.

5) You will be required to log in to Betfair. Click login and you are redirected to the Betfair website to securely enter your login details.

6) When you have done that, you are redirected to Profit Maximiser. Click the retry button and the bet will be placed.

7) If the bet is matched ok, it will say “The bet has been placed”.

8) You can carry on placing bets through the software. Once you are finished, open the calculator and click the log out button. This means you can’t place any further bets until you login.

Fire or Kill system

The software operates a ‘fire or kill’ system. This means a bet will only be submitted if the full amount can be matched. If it can’t then the bet won’t be placed, a message will come up saying no liquidity.

If this happens, open the info button and go directly over to Betfair and place your bets.
